All married couples, at the very beginning, said “I DO”. This year we will explore those vows to understand what they mean to us today and how we can continue to hold to them until death parts us!

Darren & Sharon Gauthier from the Chicago Church will be our guest speakers. They have been in Chicago since 1995. Darren serves as an elder and evangelist, and Sharon serves as a women’s ministry leader and the real brains of the pair. Sharon has a journalism degree from the University of Minnesota, studied in France and speaks three languages, while Darren studied business management at Louisiana Tech and speaks a version of English but his Cajun is better. Although they are both Louisiana natives, they have spent all of their full-time ministry lives in the Midwest. Darren and Sharon have an amazing daughter Camille and a super-talented son Carson. They, arguably, serve the best gumbo in the city of Chicago.

The cost is $30 per couple ($15 per individual).

We are limited to 400 people in person! Sign up early to reserve your spot!

We have a zoom option for those who are sick, have been exposed to COVID-19, or are unable to attend in person for whatever reason (same cost as in person).

SUNDAY SERVICE WILL BE AVAILABLE ON ZOOM TO ALL MARRIED/ ENGAGED COUPLES NOT ATTENDING THE RETREAT IN PERSON USING THE NORMAL HRC ZOOM LINK. IF YOU HAVEN’T REGISTERED TO ATTEND IN PERSON YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ATTEND SUNDAY SERVICE IN PERSON DUE TO CAPACITY LIMITS

The hotel room cost is $99 per night (same rate is available for Friday and Saturday nights).
