Steve and Vicky Bergem were married in 2003 and have two amazing children, Tabitha, 17, and Tobias, 14.

Steve was baptized 28 years ago in the campus ministry in San Diego, and Vicky 29 years ago in Westchester, New York. Tabitha was baptized in 2021 and is a senior in high school.

Steve and Vicky serve the San Diego Church as Children’s Ministry Directors and Youth and Family Shepherds in their region. In addition, Steve works as a Human Resource Manager at the University of California San Diego, and Vicky is co-owner of Heart for Kids Coaching.

Together they founded the Children’s Ministry Leadership Conferences, which include Special Needs and Adoption Tracks. Steve and Vicky are passionate about supporting parents with exceptional families so every child grows up experiencing God’s love.
